Liverpool Catholic Club
This exciting project consisted of a major expansion comprising of a new two-level extension to the existing club. Our extremely capable team carried out all the electrical, power and data works in numerous spaces of the club involving the fast food lounge, brasserie, café, bar areas, children’s play area, dining zones, cinema (with 273 seats), kitchen (including cold rooms, freezers and store rooms), bakery, open rooftop plant area, back of house and loading dock.
UNSW Building F20 Goodsell Fass Research Precinct Refurbishment
Full Demolition and Refurbishment of the First floor at the Goodsell building at UNSW Kensington Campus, This Project Included a full Dynalite lighting control system along with extensive lighting and power upgrades throughout.
Macquarie University
Full demolition and refurbishment of lecture theatres, including installation of all new power, lighting and data throughout. Also installed is a CBUS system and CAT 6A Siemon system as well as state of the art AV, capable of live stream or record from 3 locations - computer/page capture/whiteboard, individual power points to each student seat to support students digital capabilities and extensive lighting upgrade.
Darling Park Tower 1
Full refurbishment carried out with all new power, data and lighting installed. AJB Electrical Services is looking forward to commencing the second tower where the project involves a full lighting design of the lift, lobby and cafe area to give the space a whole new look and feel.
Lot 9 & 10 Units - Banksmeadow
New construction complete with all power, data and lighting installed to 10 new industrial units with office’s. This design and construct project was carried out over 12 months.
Dimensional Funds Australia
Full office refurbishment from floor to ceiling across multiple levels and completed in five stages, this project had a tight time frame to be completed within 12 weeks.The office areas over two levels included general work areas, seated and standing workstations, meeting rooms, boardrooms with full AV packages, private offices, breakout area to each floor, and comms room. Internal stairs linking the two levels internally.
NSW State Parole Authority
AJB Electrical Services carried out all power, data and lighting works for this refurbishment. The redeveloped ground floor layout made more efficient use of the available space, while the Level 1 refurbishment incorporated the latest AV technology into the court room and created a contemporary and professional look and feel appropriate to the proceedings.
National Museum of Australia
Our expert technician recently completed all power and lighting components of the upgrade to the forecourt area of the Museum. This project comprised of infrastructure of new underground services, installation of fibre optic lighting, LED strip lighting to the welcome wall/event space in addition to low voltage lighting throughout the area.
St George Radiology Clinic
AJB has recently completed the new Radiology Clinic within St George specialist centre. Services located within the new clinic are MRI, CT Scanner, X-Ray, OPG, and Ultrasound services.
This project was a full clinic fitout complete with reception, waiting area, various imaging rooms with control consols, Sonographer room, staff breakout, comms room, and equipment room. All the walls around the CT, X-Ray, and OPG are lined with lead to provide radiation shielding.
Chancellery Office - Western Sydney University
This project was a full floor re-purpose fit-out involving all new power, data and lighting throughout. The space contains state of the art audio visual equipment and custom-built light fittings with the aim to create a contemporary, adaptable, open, bold and elegant office that fits the new branding of the University and harmoniously blends with the existing student space.
ETMC - Auburn
Full office refurbishment with all new power, data and lighting. This office received a new UPS to their
Maje - Chatswood
High end shop fit-out with all power, data and lighting complete by AJB Electrical Services. This is one of four Maje store’s that AJB has provided all electrical services to the refurbishment.
North West Business Centre
New construction of a large business centre featuring 20 new office spaces and 2 industrial units. A child care centre was also refurbished for this project and the centre remained open throughout the works.
Ottimo House - Campbelltown
Complete refurbishment of the function centre with all power, data and lighting carried out by AJB Electrical including integration of LED strip and dynalight system.
Australian Electoral Commission
Full refurbishment of the existing space where AJB Electrical Services carried out all power, data and lighting works to give new life to an outdated space.

All power, data and lighting carried out by AJB Electrical Services for this nee construction. Home to seven retailers, food outlets, a Fitness First and a nine screen cinema Red Yard is a popular discount outlet shopping destination.
